The Taste

Their version of sisig is one of our favorites. We think they got the textures and taste right: there were crunchy, chewy, livery and tender parts combined with a good soy sauce-based flavor and white onion bits. Adding kalamansi and liquid seasoning took it to another level.
Their menu said that we should never leave Icebergs without trying their chilidog. They were right. The supple hotdog topped with sweet chili con carne and cheese sauce was delicious. The way they Filipinized the taste resulted to a really good dish.
Their Caramel Flan con Hielo is a version of the halo-halo but with flan, mangoes, saba (cardaba) banana, macapuno balls, vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce with a cherry on top. We liked it very much.

We have visited this branch and their other branches several times already and their service is not consistent. We had to be very patient every time we visited them during holidays.
The Place

This particular branch had an alfresco area and an indoor dining area which was divided into lower and upper floors. The tables in the upper floor were more widely-spaced than in the lower floor dining area. Considering that this branch has been in business for several years, they managed to keep the place lively and comfortable.
The Value for Money

The sisig was P228, the chilidog was P228 and the caramel flan con hielo was P148. Their pricing is on the high side but we like their dishes.
Pro Tip: This branch is their best branch in terms of the quality of the food, in our opinion. It is also open even past midnight.
