Restaurant Review: The Lechon Shop

Address: 49-B Sct. Tobias Street, Laging Handa, Quezon City

Date visited: March 2019

The Taste

4/5

The lechon tasted good: tender texture and clean pork taste with just the right amount of fat. The skin was like thin and delicate candy glass – crunchy and sticks to your teeth. Really good with vinegar and rice.

The Service

4/5

The servers were likable and they gave as prompt a service as they could. However, there were only two of them at that time to do all of the tasks.

The Place

3/5

They have a small dining area but it was very clean and bright, even at night. Moving around took some effort.

The Value for Money

4/5

The 1/4 kilo lechon was P215. Pretty good value considering the quality. However, the balat (skin) portion/allocation per order needs improvement.

Pro Tip: They are open until late in the evening (until 11:00PM as of this writing) and, they also sell frozen food.
