Restaurant Review: Flaming Wings

Address: Ground Floor, Tanglao Building, 318 Katipunan Avenue, Loyola Heights, Quezon City

Date visited: February 2019

The Taste

4/5

The lemon pepper chicken wings tasted great. It was very tangy but it really complemented the chicken taste. This is our favorite flavor from this restaurant. The chicken meat was really tender and juicy. Their ranch dressing went well with the juicy and tangy chicken wings.

The chicken wings in their “original” sauce tasted good also. It was sweet and sour and the chicken meat was likewise juicy and tender. Their wasabi mayo, however, tasted a little too synthetic.

The Service

3/5

The waiting time for the chicken wings was reasonable. However, their customer service needs improvement especially when there are only a few diners.

The Place

3/5

The restaurant looked clean but the decor and interiors were dated. Also, parking was a huge challenge. On the plus side, they managed to maximize their dining area and moving around was easy.

The Value for Money

4/5

Their 6-pc wings (3 Wings) was P185, with the dip included in the price. Good value considering the quality of their wings and dip.

Pro Tip: Parking availability around this particular branch is challenging but the wings are good and affordable.
