The brown sugar pearl milk tea is a winner. There is a nice balance of the warm brown sugar syrup and their milk tea. Their tea is not bitter which is great since the brown sugar has its own bitterness already.
The black pearls are yummy! They had the right amount of chewiness without the pearls breaking down into a gooey or, as with some milk teas, a broken down mess in your mouth.
The California mix fruit tea is another winner. It has real fruit slices: apple, orange and kalamansi (Philippine lime) plus passion fruit bits. The fruit tea itself is very tart but very refreshing.
This branch was the training ground for new staff for their other branches so the waiting time was longer than expected.
This branch is small but they maximized the space nicely with smaller tables and seats. The interiors are bright and there are TV screens for people to look at while waiting for the drinks.
The Value for Money
The brown sugar pearl milk tea was P140 (L) while the California mix fruit tea was P130 (M). Good price points although the competition now for milk teas in Metro Manila is very fierce.
Pro Tip: We suggest you try these drinks first before trying other flavors.#happyfoodtrippers
