What we ordered:

Southern Fried Chicken Skin, Beef Lasagna, Chicken Lasagna and Three Cheese Lasagna

Taste = 5/5

–          House of lasagna indeed! We’ve frequented this place several times already and we’ve never been disappointed. The chicken skin was very crunchy and its saltiness went very well with vinegar. When we tried their assortment of lasagnas, we thought that they would taste the same regardless of the ingredients. We were pleasantly surprised when each one of them had distinct flavors. The best lasagna for me was the beef lasagna while Lyn preferred the chicken lasagna. The beef lasagna tasted very meaty with the tomato sauce at the background while the flavour of the chicken lasagna highlighted the herbs. I thought the three cheese lasagna would be too cheesy but I was wrong. The cheeses blended very well to the point that it seemed like it they used just one very good cheese. It was so good that adding other ingredients to it would probably destroy the taste. Almost forgot to mention that their lasagnas come with unlimited yummy garlic bread!

Service = 5/5

–          Everytime we came here, we saw only one server for the whole restaurant but that didn’t stop her from giving us great service. Sure she wasn’t quick with our requests all the time but we saw that she was giving maximum effort.

Ambience = 4/5

–          The restaurant is a little hard to find in San Juan and the dining area is small. Good thing they renovated a little and removed some of the large display cabinets and created some extra space.

Value for money = 5/5

–          The prices of their lasagnas were on the expensive side but the superior taste, quality and serving size made us feel happy during payment. The small dining area didn’t dissuade us from having a great time eating there.

    Argh, it was a mistake to read this post while eating my sad lunch of canned soup! The lasagna on their Facebook page looks amazing, so cheesy and the portions look very generous. Also, fried chicken skin is just genius. When I think about it, I’m surprised I’ve never seen it here in So Cal, I know it’d be a bit hit!

      Hands down, they make the best lasagna in Manila. Their cheese lasagna is cheesy, but not too much to make you want less of it.

      The fried chicken skin is indeed genius! I hope you can have a taste of deliciously crispy and peppery chicken skin! It would be perfect with hot canned soup! 🙂

      Indeed it is so addictive! I had a bunch of them during lunch time and offered some to my colleagues. They ended up eating most of the chicken skin and left only two pieces for me. hehehe.

    I just had their beef lasagna! I always ask my mom to buy some every couple of weeks. Other restaurant’s lasagnas are incomparable to this 🙂
